History of Pacific Coast Greetings

Pacific Coast Greetings was established in April 1984. The background and experience I brought to the company as founder came from my years with Lufthansa German Airlines, subsequently as operations manager for a major British tour operator, and finally, 19 years directing Pacific Coast Greetings (PCG). PCG are firmly established in the West Coast market with relationships, contacts and a reputation cultivated since I began in the travel industry in 1977. We are members of the Travel Industry Association of America, various Convention and Visitor Bureau's, Society of Incentive Travel Executives and International Society of Meeting Planners.

Mission Statement

To maintain our reputation for quality and excellence in destination management receptive services for tour operator groups and series FIT programs, and travel fulfillment for incentive and corporate groups. We are a small company and we want our reputation of excellence to precede us; a reputation of attention to the details, courteous, thoughtful, creative and at all times willing and able staff, efficient and effective operations and organized behind the scenes administration.
